Our service includes a thorough inspection of your entire yard or designated areas, complete removal of all dog waste, proper disposal in sealed bags, and a service confirmation when we’re finished. We search every inch of your property to ensure no waste is left behind.

For most residential clients with 1-2 dogs, weekly service works best. Properties with multiple dogs may benefit from twice-weekly visits. Properties with a single small dog might be adequately served with bi-weekly service. We’re happy to recommend the optimal frequency based on your specific situation.

No! That’s one of the conveniences of our service. As long as we have proper access to your yard, we can complete the cleaning while you’re away. Many of our clients are at work during their scheduled service times.

We send a service confirmation via text or email (your preference) after each cleaning is completed. This notification includes the date and time of service and any notes our technician may have.

Our standard service focuses on dog waste removal. However, we can remove waste from other animals upon request. Please note that some wildlife waste may require special handling procedures and might incur an additional fee.

All waste is double-bagged and properly disposed of according to local health regulations. We never dump waste in your trash cans or on your property unless specifically requested.

We can access your yard through a gate if provided with an entry code, key, or if the gate is left unlocked during your service window. For front-yard-only service, no special access is needed. We’ll work with you to determine the best access solution for your property.

We understand that things come up! We request at least 24 hours’ notice for schedule changes whenever possible. You can easily reschedule by calling our office or using our online customer portal.

We work in most weather conditions, including light rain or snow. However, in cases of severe weather (heavy downpours, lightning, blizzards, etc.), we’ll reschedule your service for the next available day and notify you of the change.

For regular service clients, we offer convenient monthly billing with automatic payment options via credit card or bank account. One-time cleanups are paid at the time of booking. All clients receive detailed electronic receipts.
